All payroll calculations are automated with built-in regulatory rules:

  • EPF (KWSP):

    • Employee: 11%

    • Employer: 13% (or 12% depending on wage tier)

  • SOCSO + EIS:

    • SOCSO: Based on wage category (Act 4, Act 800)

    • EIS: 0.2% each for employee & employer

  • PCB (Potongan Cukai Bulanan):

    • Monthly tax deduction (CP38/CP39 forms)

    • Uses LHDN’s latest schedule and exemptions

  • Zakat Deduction:

    • Auto-calculated by state-specific JAWHAR rules

    • Options for individual or employer matching

  • Net Pay Generator:

    • Deducts all statutory and optional contributions

    • Computes final monthly salary

  • Sharia Compliance:

    • Optional flag for halal net pay validation

    • Ensures payroll flow avoids riba-linked instruments


📤 Automated Statutory Submissions

HRPBloom auto-generates and submits payroll-related documents:

  • EPF (KWSP): e-Caruman compatible upload

  • SOCSO & EIS: PERKESO upload and e-IS submission

  • LHDN CP39: Employee income tax deductions

  • Zakat: Transfers to state Majlis Agama Islam
